SAGANA Joins Dash Electric’s Seed Round to Support EV Logistics Expansion in Indonesia

30 Januari 2026

Dash Electric has welcomed SAGANA as a new investor in its seed funding round, further strengthening the company’s mission to build cleaner, more efficient logistics infrastructure in Indonesia.

The additional investment reflects SAGANA’s confidence in Dash Electric’s business model, which addresses two major challenges in the logistics sector: operational efficiency and sustainability. By combining electric vehicles, managed fleets, trained drivers, and technology-enabled operations, Dash Electric helps businesses run last-mile delivery with lower complexity and reduced environmental impact.

In this seed round, SAGANA joins a group of mission-aligned investors supporting Dash Electric’s growth, including Fondation Botnar, The Radical Fund, Schneider Electric Energy Access Asia, Bali Investment Club, Aksara Ventures, Antler, and Kevin Aluwi, Co-Founder and former CEO of Gojek.

The funding will be used to strengthen Dash Electric’s operations and accelerate the adoption of its EV-as-a-Service model. Through this model, companies — especially in e-commerce, retail, and food and beverage — can shift their delivery fleets to electric vehicles without large upfront capital expenditure or the operational burden of managing vehicles and drivers themselves.

Dash Electric sees strong demand for reliable and cost-efficient last-mile logistics as digital commerce and on-demand services continue to grow in Indonesia. Through its fully managed fleet approach, Dash helps clients improve delivery reliability while reducing operating costs and supporting their sustainability goals.

Today, Dash Electric has worked with leading platforms and brands including Lazada, Zalora, JNE, Janji Jiwa, and Sayurbox. The company has also contributed to measurable environmental and social impact, including avoiding up to 77 tons of CO₂ emissions and supporting the livelihoods of more than 500 drivers through better compensation structures and improved safety standards.

For SAGANA, the investment aligns with its focus on companies that can deliver both economic and environmental impact. With the support of its seed investors, Dash Electric aims to scale its operations and accelerate the decarbonization of Indonesia’s logistics sector.
