DFSK Partners with Dash Electric to Scale EV-Based Logistics Fleets in Indonesia
31 Juli 2025

DFSK and Dash Electric have announced a strategic collaboration to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia’s logistics sector.
The partnership was announced at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025, where DFSK Gelora E was introduced as part of Dash Electric’s operational fleet. The collaboration brings together DFSK’s electric commercial vehicle technology and Dash Electric’s EV-native logistics infrastructure to support cleaner, more efficient logistics operations.
DFSK Gelora E is a light electric commercial vehicle designed for operational efficiency and zero-emission logistics. For Dash Electric, the vehicle strengthens its ability to serve clients that require larger-capacity delivery beyond two-wheel EV fleets.
“This collaboration with DFSK is an important milestone in the transformation toward sustainable logistics. DFSK Gelora E is not just an electric vehicle, it is a catalyst for change,” said Aditya Brahmana, CEO and Co-Founder of Dash Electric.
Through the use of Gelora E in Dash’s fleet, Dash aims to help companies improve cost efficiency, accelerate ESG targets, and reduce carbon emissions across modern logistics operations.
As a commercial vehicle, DFSK Gelora E is available in two models: Blind Van for logistics needs and Minibus for passenger transport. With a length of 4,500 mm, width of 1,680 mm, and height of 2,000 mm, the vehicle is designed with a spacious and versatile cabin.
The vehicle is powered by a 42 kWh lithium-ion battery with a driving range of up to 300 km. Its energy consumption is equivalent to around Rp200 per kilometer, making it significantly more efficient than conventional vehicles. Fast charging from 20% to 80% can be completed in around 80 minutes.
Beyond its operating efficiency, Gelora E is also exempt from Jakarta’s odd-even traffic restrictions, requires minimal maintenance, and is equipped with IP67-rated battery protection against water and dust. It also features a high-voltage isolation system to support safe operation across different conditions.
The collaboration between DFSK and Dash Electric marks a stronger connection between automotive technology and logistics infrastructure in accelerating Indonesia’s energy transition. Together, both companies aim to support a cleaner, more efficient future for commercial transportation and logistics.
